I’m a swim instructor at a local club in Alameda, and over the summer, sometime I spent up to 5 hours in the pool with my students. I always wear a long rash guard since I burn easily. My 4-year-old daughter started swimming lesson over the summer. She has very fair skin so I bought her a body suit to have her skin protected. After 2 weeks of lessons her suit was falling apart.
